Each individual's needs are unique and a customized plan is built according to the personalized goals of what is needed making each number of visits vary from case to case.  As progress through the four common phases of chiropractic is noted (relief, correction, stabilization, and wellness), one will find that the frequency of visits will decrease. The PROfunctional goal is for our community to be in the wellness phase participating with regular spinal hygiene visits shown to be key for balance within each individuals body.

Peak Performance Chiropractic offers affordable healthcare. Insurance is not required! 

We will discuss cost and payment options at the first visit. We believe in full transparency.

We accept many major insurance carriers. As a courtesy to our clients,  our team will verify benefits and assist with understanding how the coverage will pertain to chiropractic. Explanation of applicable deductible, coinsurance and limitations of policies. We understand that insurance can be complicated and also how important it is to be prepared financially.

The State of Montana covers chiropractic visits for clients age 20 and under. We are a proud supporter of Healthy Montana Kids! 

For those with Medicaid above the age of 20, we have affordable options for chiropractic outside of processing insurance.

We are located in the Point Del Mar office complex on US Highway 10 W, which is the highway between downtown Livingston and the truck stop. Our office is directly west of the Kenyon Noble building, but you will need to use the primary Del Mar entrance. As you drive forward from the main entrance, you will see a building with our sign on it. Take the second right and park directly in front of our building.
